As 2025 draws to a close, FLY4 Airlines reflects on a year defined by scale, resilience, and bold expansion. From record-breaking summer operations to our first long-term ACMI programme outside Europe, we’ve delivered on our promise of flexibility and reliability for partners worldwide. Here are the highlights that shaped success, in what has been just our first full year of operation since our inaugural commercial flight in March 2024.
Serving nearly half a million passengers
From January to November, Fly4 carried 460,712 passengers, operated approximately 2,850 sectors, and logged 9,558 block hours. Our Technical Dispatch Reliability stood at 99.3%, reinforcing our reputation for operational excellence.
Our busiest routes included East Midlands (92,254 passengers), Norwich (49,835), and Birmingham (33,725). Popular summer destinations for UK holidaymakers such as Rhodes (18,238) and Mallorca (17,556) remained strong, while Delhi (15,011) is the key hub for our winter operations.
Summer 2025: Our largest ACMI operation yet
This summer marked FLY4’s biggest ACMI operation to date, delivering capacity across 18 countries for a leading tour operator. Spain led with 466 sectors, followed by Greece (393) and Turkey (163) being our most-flown routes. Our hubs were Birmingham, East Midlands and Norwich operating on behalf of our customer TUI, with additional capacity solutions also provided for Sundair in Germany, demonstrating our flexibility and reliability during peak demand.
Breaking new ground in India
October 2025 saw the launch of our first long-term ACMI programme outside Europe. Partnering with SpiceJet, we deployed three aircraft to Delhi, operating a mix of domestic and international routes including Mumbai, Dubai, and Bangkok. This strategic move positions FLY4 as a truly global ACMI provider and opens new opportunities for counter-seasonal growth.
Championing respectful travel
Beyond operational success, we joined the #NotOnMyFlight campaign in July, reinforcing our commitment to safe and respectful travel. With disruptive incidents rising across the industry, we’ve strengthened crew training and passenger communication to ensure every journey remains positive and secure.
Partnerships that power our operation
Our 2025 performance was enabled by the strength of our partners. ACS Leasing structured the cross‑regional ACMI agreement with SpiceJet, aligning capacity with our counter‑seasonal strategy.
On the ground in India, Quikjet provide local expertise supporting operational excellence, while our maintenance partners kept the fleet mission‑ready.
GMR Aero Technic now delivers comprehensive line maintenance for our B737‑800s at Delhi Airport, covering pre‑flight/transit, daily/weekly checks, on‑wing support and 24/7 AOG response. KLM UK Engineering backed our Norwich (NWI) summer programme on behalf of TUI, and in early December aircraft EI‑FFA entered scheduled maintenance with Turkish Technik.
To keep our talent pipeline strong, AAP Aviation remains our recruitment partner, providing an integrated candidate journey for pilots, cabin crew and operations.
