We’re proud to announce a major milestone in our growth journey: the launch of our first long-term ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) programme outside Europe. In partnership with India’s SpiceJet, we will deploy four aircraft for the upcoming winter season, operating a mix of domestic and international routes from Delhi.
This strategic collaboration, facilitated by ACS Leasing, marks a significant step in our mission to build a diversified and counter-seasonal customer portfolio. From late October 2025 through early May 2026, our aircraft will support SpiceJet’s expanded winter schedule, flying to key destinations including Mumbai, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Dubai, and Bangkok.
SpiceJet’s winter expansion, adding 18 wet-lease aircraft to its fleet, follows a successful financial restructuring and reflects strong demand across its network. FLY4 is proud to contribute to this growth, bringing operational reliability and flexibility to one of India’s leading carriers.
This partnership represents the successful execution of our core strategy: aligning with airlines that offer long-term collaboration potential and scalable opportunities. By tapping into counter-seasonal markets, we’re laying the groundwork for sustainable, year-round operations that support both our customers and our crew.
As we prepare to return to Europe for summer 2026 operations, this programme stands as a testament to what strategic partnerships can achieve.
