FLY4 Concludes Successful ACMI Deployment in India

FLY4 Airlines has successfully concluded its ACMI deployment in India, marking the completion of a significant operational milestone delivered in partnership with QuikJet, and GMR Aero Technic.

The operation, based in Delhi, saw FLY4 aircraft and crews integrated into SpiceJet’s network, providing reliable capacity supported by strong local expertise. Central to the deployment’s success was the close collaboration with QuikJet and GMR Aero Technic, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective maintenance support, and seamless coordination on the ground.

Jochen Schnadt, CEO of FLY4 Airlines, commented:

“This deployment represents an important step in FLY4’s global ACMI strategy. Delivering a complex operation outside Europe requires strong partnerships, and working alongside our customer, SpiceJet, and our partners at QuikJet and GMR Aero Technic has demonstrated exactly what can be achieved through trust, expertise and alignment.”

QuikJet played a key role throughout the operation, providing critical local support and operational coordination. This included teams working within the SpiceJet Operations Control Centre (OCC), alongside ground operations and engineering personnel on the apron, who supported the FLY4 teams and ensured effective coordination across every phase of the deployment.
