Our largest ACMI operation with 400,000 holidaymakers’ travel plans supported this summer

We’ve successfully completed our second summer season (S25), building on the momentum of our exceptional debut in 2024. Operating from May to October 2025, we delivered a robust performance through our strategic ACMI partnership with TUI, operating from UK regional hubs Norwich (NWI), Birmingham (BHX), and East Midlands (EMA), supporting nearly 400,000 holidaymakers travel plans.

 Summer 2025 performance in numbers

In S25 we operated 2,295 sectors across 18 countries, with Spain, Greece, and Turkey making up the most flown routes in the schedule, including Palma de Mallorca (PMI), Kos (KGS), and Antalya (AYT). Passenger numbers reached ~400,000 surpassing last year’s total, reflecting steady year-on-year growth.

Operational performance remained strong, with a 92% load factor, Technical DispatchReliability of 99.4%, and7,890 block hours flown. Despite challenging macro conditions, we were able to demonstrate resilience and reliability, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner for peak-season capacity.

Alongside the heavy TUI S25 schedule, another ACMI service for Sundair contributed to a dynamic season that showcased our flexibility with our fleet of four aircraft.

“As we closed our second summer season, we’re proud of the performance delivered and the trust placed in us by our customers, to support their peak summer schedule,” said Jochen Schnadt, CEO and Accountable Manager at FLY4 Airlines.

“Our focus remains on delivering operational excellence and supporting partners with reliable, customer-focused solutions, while providing much-needed flexibility to relieve pressure on ever-increasing schedules.”

With two successful summer seasons completed, we continue our year-round activity currently focusing on our first winter operation in India, our first long-term ACMI programme outside of Europe, while finalising plans for 2026 promising yet more developments in our operational deployment.

Throughout operation we were proud to support the #NotOnMyFlight campaign promoting respectful air travel

The role of ACMI in your summer holiday

When demand for summer travel peaks, airlines face the challenge of adding capacity without compromising reliability. By partnering with ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance) providers like FLY4, airlines can keep their schedules intact and avoid last-minute cancellations or delays, meaning holidays start stress-free, and more importantly, can go ahead as planned.

FLY4 prides itself on delivering the same experience expected from household names such as TUI, working tirelessly to make every journey comfortable and safe. Behind the scenes, ACMI makes this possible by providing additional aircraft and crews when demand surges, helping airlines maintain service standards during the busiest months of the year.
